Yes. Lightforce offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on standard products. If you return an item within 14 days of delivery (28 days for customers outside Australia), in its original packaging and unused condition, you'll receive a full refund of the product price. Items must be in original, new condition; returns that do not meet this standard will not be accepted. Please note that made-to-order items (identified by -R or MTO in the SKU) are not eligible for return or refund.
